Ep 3 BTS Banda fort history, Chitrakoot to Mahoba | 1857 Rani Laxmi Bai history, Uttar Pradesh, 

Chitrakoot is about 225 km away from Lucknow and 295 km away from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
This is our 3rd day of Uttar Pradesh tour.
This video was shot on 5th April 2023, below are the activities we did throughout the day. This video is about our behind the scene activities during our journey from Chitrakoot to Mahoba,
We went via Banda and got chance to learn about the contributions of Rani Laxmi Bai in the 1857 mutiny. We also got to learn about the contributions of people of Banda - Bundelkhand in the freedom.
We started our day from Arogya Dham, Chitrakoot.
Tariff Rs 5500 with GST for double occupancy. Staying at Arogyadham was very good, though the tariff seems high but this place can easily accommodate 4 to 5 people.

Bhuragarh Fort - Bhuragrah Fort is situated at the bank of the Ken river. Seeing the sunset from the fort is a beautiful experience. The historical importance of Bhuragarh Fort is related to Bundela reign and Hridaya Shah and Jagat Rai, sons of Maharaja Chattrasal. Kirat Singh, son of Jagat Rai, repaired Bhuragarh Fort in 1746 A.D.
This fort played a crucial role in the Indian freedom struggle against the British. A lot of people have sacrificed their lives while protecting their motherland.
