Id buy a thermal drone but i really dont like having 6k in the air. I sold my dji mavic pro because i just didnt like 2500$ in the air if that makes sence.
Have you all ever thought about recording one of your "starts" and just editing it into the beginning part of a show? That would allow you both to just cover the middle or part of the show that you really enjoy? I know us "normal viewers" won't mind a bit, you till get out in the information that you want and need to share and it makes it a little easier and saves a little bit of time. Just a thought. Love your shows and what you all are doing..
We don’t keep up with the firmware updates because we rarely update our own optics. We both use the Telos but have never updated them. Sorry we don’t have the answer but if you’ll connect the optic to the Stream Vision 2 app you can check for updates. Good luck!
It's interesting to note that the more thermal and night vision become more prolific the population of wild boars goes down. The question is if their species starts to become extinct will they realize this and become smarter and more difficult to eliminate? Ultimately the concern is when these things start walking upright on two legs.
Haha! Hogs are smart and very adaptable, but we won’t lie, if they start walking upright, we’re getting a tank with thermal on it!😂 In all seriousness, we don’t believe they will ever go extinct because they’ve been in East Texas and other parts of the Deep South since the Spanish first got here and turned them loose. They are extremely hardy, reproduce at such an early age and have very few natural predators. Their population may rise and fall and could even become much lower long term (like they were 40 years ago but it would be hard to imagine them going completely away. Hey Wayne, if you have it at max volume and still can't hear it at 60 yards then you might want to get a caller that has a higher volume range. I do turn the volume up when trying to call Coyote back into an area. Thanks for watching! - Hans
