Omg! This is so good! That happened to me, I was getting ready for work and God was like take another pair of shoes with you and I am so thankful I listened! My heel broke and I had to tape it up to go out to my car to change! 😂 Had I not listened to God that would’ve been bad to walk around with my shoes taped all day!! 😢 #listen

Y’all crack me up every time 😂 I had to bite my tongue so I didn’t disturb my neighbors haha But for real, this episode was directly at me, I have been struggling with hearing the voice of God and not my own self for a long time. I actually made my own Holy Spirit tracker (on canva 😂) where I write down what I think is the HS and then I’ve got little check mark boxes for “confirmed”, “Happened”, or “oops” lol. It’s actually been really helpful. Loved this episode because it really helped clarify some stuff for me in this area. Love y’all!

God LITERALLY was talking to me about prophecies yesterday in 1Thess 5:20-12 it says "Do not scoff at prophecies, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Definitely a challenge to hear other humbly but only hold on to the truth of God. And hold those things loosely until you can truly discern them

I agree to every word. I've experienced many things only God can do. He personalize our convictions. Also I'd like to add is when God speaks to your Spirit directly, you are one who don't fit in every setting. Hell isolate you for his purposes.

This really spoke to my heart and what I’m going through right now, really focusing on building my discernment for the voice of the Lord. I’ve run away for so long that it’s hard to know who or what speaks to me at times but God, I’m open and I’m doing my best to listen. Amen.

Wow! I had a very similar experience for when I first heard God. I lost my other shoe before school when I was child and looked everywhere. I prayed and said “God, if you’re real, tell me where my shoe is” immediately I heard “look in the downstairs closet” (never put my shoes there) and it was right there. Was shook but that was the start 😊.
