I've revisited this episode a number of times. One of my favorites. When Francis says he's going to flying squirrel off a balcony and crumple a mass shooter makes me crack up everytime. 1:01:57
Me too. I think Nick Mullen and Adam took the number one spot though. That's the funniest episode to date.. but this one is definitely number 2. It's really rare for this many people can be together and it be this good. Usually it's unwatchable people screaming over EACH other the whole time.
@@i_amChrisJxmes not sure but it's easy to search Matt and Shane podcast with nick Mullen comes right up.. its still the funniest part episode. Nick mullen and Adam interviewing doing the chet Hanks interview almost beat it as my favorite. Then I realized that has nothing to do with Shane and Matts podcast so it cant be my favorite episode.. lol
This is a beautiful classic piece of art, Shane always is talking about how artistic he is. Hopefully in a few years I’ll be watching this at the Smithsonian
If Derosa broke into Francis parents house to steal something there's a good chance he'd find some Egyptian artifacts that Francis's ancestors plundered around the turn of the century. Great-great-grampa Ellis almost definitely cut off some hands in the congo too. That line is rich and sinister all the way back.
@@evergreenrider He just wants to be liked by the average Joe and I have sypmpathy for it after meeting other people from similar families that don't want that tie to be what they are judged on lol .
I can't trust this Maine dude after hearing he went to Harvard to join the CIA. Then he hyped up the DMV, said it wasn't a bit, and recommended everyone get their "Real ID". Grew up eating with princesses and plants trees with Harrison Ford?
The fucking intro for this pod kills me every time. The bro on the blades and the music is too much. Quickly becoming one of my favorite pods. Nice work gents.
The green room looks like my family camper from the early 90s..I feel like I can smell the room but the amount of drugs done there has to dilute the rotten wood an soaked in cloth stench
i never really got francis at all but he really won me over in this episode... and also shanes fake hero story of the loud black guys at the table might have been the hardest i laughed in years
Saw this pod when it first dropped, but just revisited it: Hands down one of the best comedy pod eps I've seen. Extremely organically funny. Matt and Shane's blue collar energy colliding with comedy veteran energy + Francis's obscene elite whiteness is magic. Love it. Wish success and prosperity for everyone involved.
Am I the only one going crazy reliving the pandemic with this? In retrospect, the pod should always be abstract. Love McCusker, he’s a gem. Shane is the guy Ima hitch a wagon to
Fark this was a killer cast, i love Joe Derosa I think hes my favourite comic and I’ve only seen like 10 mins of his actual standup Hes just a good dude
Joe derosa is the most consistent comedian from the O&A days. Guy used to be the worst guest ever and he's managed to not let bill burr's fame change that
