I can see why you purchased Blue Pearl, what a tour! There are so many unique spaces, outstanding, the kitchen sink is definitely a one of, holy cow, it’s huge, I’ve never seen one like that. I bought a brand new Irwin Citation 38 at the Annapolis boat show in 1985. They are beautiful boats. Especially inside. But they do have their faults. Within 5 years, I had a blister problem below the waterline. Be sure to check for that when you haul out.

Pretty boat - I'd love to see you guys do a video that takes stock in your purchase costs and refit costs to date. That sort of info is very helpful to those of us who are shopping and deciding between getting an older boat with more refit $ vs a newer one with presumably less $ to spend for updating. Thanks!

Please dream another dream. I skippered one of these back in the 80's when they were relatively new. Poor build quality, poor sailing performance. They aren't great, objectively.

The kitchen with dishwasher, the big fridge, the washer and dryer, the library, the vanity, the multiple bathrooms!!! Ahh I love it. Did you guys have sailing experience before buying this boat?
