love all of this, first bush poop, climinbing 11% for 80% of it, camping under the canopy, 2 min noodles, coffee, real life blue tonges, goannas, roos, harmless 8 crawles, and the ones that do bite! tent, .... its so Aussie and real! thank you!
I see the footage of you riding up the hill towards the camera and am aware you have already done the climb once to put the camera there. Good man for doing that part of the hill twice. Always wonder how much extra time it takes to film those sections. Enjoying the series thanks
Thanks man! It’s actually a really nice break getting to put down the bike and go for a walk up and down the hill for the shot. Walking feels incredible after climbing on the bike for so long 😮💨
Haha yeah, from that cut it looks as though I wiped it off, but that next shots just a different camera. Unfortunately the dot remains for the rest of the trip on that camera :P
Haha yeah, I wish I noticed it earlier and had a lens wipe to take it off. Found out it was on the inside lens (directly in the camera) which I didn’t want to mess with since all of my stuff was dusty and I’d have likely made it worse. It’s a shame but maybe it adds character to those shots haha?
You're riding into Eden talking about the big climbs and all I can think is - he hasn't hit the rollers on the way out of Eden....scary going down them in my car
Haha yeah, after entering NSW I quickly learned how all beach towns are essentially in a valley with giant descents or climbs on the way in and out. Somehow when driving the east coast this was less apparent 😂
@@grahames9228 Was well worth it 😎Over the halfway mark here and yeah, when I went to book I saw it wasn’t that much more than an unpowered site so figured why not??
I got used to it, 98% of the time it wasn’t too bad. But there are definitely the few sketchy bits. Mostly the steep windy descents with no shoulders, narrow bridges or just big pot holes on the shoulder forcing you onto the road. Why is it that the shoulders are the narrowest on the windiest hills lol.
