In episode 4 of Blading With Bill we go on the hunt for stuff to skate in a tiny Cornish fishing town. I thought it would be a fun challenge to go somewhere where I didn't know of any skate spots, it definitely made me think outside the box and I had a super fun day. Ayyyy someone knows there vitamins haha. Very good, there’s also garlic, b12, iron, magnesium, vitamin d and a mineral seaweed one. I think that covers most things for me but I’m no expert. Thanks again for tuning in x

I just discovered you because of IrollerBoots, glad I found ya. I'm a skateboarder and bmxer who plans to start aggressive. Pro tip, Don't do stuff sick. As someone who tends to overdo it, if you really want to go out, just take a brisk walk or cruise around. Sickness will affect your performance too much and you hinder your recovery. Wait a day or two then go for it. Also, is it that hard to cruise around in anti-rocker?

Agh that’s great to hear, he does some great content. Love his work!! Amazing stuff, I hope you enjoy online as much as your other sports. Yea you’re right, I had a full weeks rest and thought I’d try it. I’m just not very good at chilling, I get so fidgety and restless. Really appreciate the advice though 🙏 So I’ve had anti rocker my whole life, therefor I don’t really know any different. But it will definitely be smoother and less effort if I was to ride flat.
