In this episode we will show you along our journey of building our first house.
We chose the building that was in the best condition in the village, but still was merely more than a shed. We took of the roof, raised up the walls, put up a new roof with overhang and worked as much with the existing lay out of the house as possible. We expected the process to take about 5 months. In the end it took double the time and double te money. But it was all worth it. We take you through our fuck ups and well done's. Through happiness and sadness because the process of creating something from scratch never comes without some hardship. It only helps us to appreciate the end result a bit more.
