We started our day early from Hotel Tansen- This is a property of MP tourism. Tariff - Rs 3700 for double occupancy.
Mahalaxmi Restaurant - We had lunch at this place. Kadai mushroom & Dal Tadka.
Mrignayani Emporium - We saw they have wide variety of Chanderi, Tussar, Maheshwari Sarees & Kurta made by the local Handloom workers. It is a platform for the Local Handicraft workers, given by the Govt. to sell their products directly to the consumers.
Jai Vilas Palace - It was built by the Gwalior Maharaja Jayarajirao Scindia during british raj. Architecture of this palace is beautiful. You would see the rooms of the royal preserved & decorated in the same way when they used to stay. Highlight of this palace is the Dining hall.
Hotel Tansen - We came back to our hotel to have dinner.
Katora Tal - We were suggested to visit this place many of the locals in the evening for the Musical Fountain.
