Sro/po have to also remember that a "frisk" is the outside of the item and person, never the inside. They can't manipulate anything they feel in the "frisk."

thank you for posting. I like Anthony's background and ability to relate to officers. The information is the same. Here my big question to the SRO is how did they document the tip. Government interest vs how it violated a person's human and constitutionally protected rights are a big concern to the citizen. The citizen also expects officers to act on information they are given. Sucks to be in that bind so these videos are critical for officers who want to be the best they can be.

Wouldn't wanding be a way to accomplish the task without a frisk? If there is a weapon, it would give you RAS, and there would be no question as to the lawfulness of the search.
