I'm very pleased to read this comment as I feared I had perhaps over-graded this venue due to really enjoying it (and being slightly tipsy!) However, it was a great old pub and it demonstrates the essence of a pub darts review - it isn't about being a flash establishment. Just need a decent board, well-equipped set-up and reasonable prices! Thanks for watching - definitely something a bit different next week!
Yes, just fancied one for the road and the camera still rolled 🤣😁. Not the most pleasing venue on the eye but a lovely warm welcome and great place, as you say - beats the chains every day of the week.
Wow, really?? Well, it still in good working order after all these years - whether it gets used often is doubtful though! I thought our generation was better at counting because we didn't have these things!
I really thaught that dart 6 was in. I like that winner stays because in our pub we play like that too. And for drinks too of course. So if u winnin u gettin drunk and u aint winning anymore hahaaa Thats a great score for this pub mate and below pound crisps 🎉 awesome
Haha, some people claim to play better pool after drinks - I prefer to be sober when playing good pool. Dart six - yes, I thought it was in too, literally touching the wire. Not the best camera angle. Lowest price crisps I have seen in the series!
@@diabolicaldarts well i have some guys at our pub that say they cant play darts if they are not drunk. But that just isnt true. They just need an excuse to drink 😁
