Very new to the game and this channel is elite when it comes to the education of the sport! Sounds like I need to start with dialing down mechanics of ‘the flat bag’ to start. I too used the ‘ninja star’ approach casually playing with friends

Love the channel! How about a show on bag fill? I’m curious about which bags use a round fill (small and medium)and which bags use the flatter disk fill. Which is better? Hole friendlier? How does each feel in the hand? Thank you!

I recently went to a relaxed wrist throw and found my bag got flatter and more importantly was throwing straighter vs trying to flatten it by adjusting my wrist.
