I was playing without seeing the words and I guessed chow mein, lo mein, eggroll, etc. "Asian cuisine" doesn't bring you to "Chinese food." He should have said, "Egg rolls, chow mein..."
That was so unfortunate to not get Chinese food. Colton’s clues were good, it just unlucky when teams try every combination and say both words at different times but not together!
Mary should have said past tense grow initially. Their team did not know which past tense she was referring to, as shown by their guesses of ‘shorter, shrinking, growth, growing, taller, baby growth’. At 6:30 he said past tense ring, so it would not have been an illegal clue to say past tense grow later on for Mary. Velvet = cake red blank.
The clues given for peach 🍑 were risky. It had to rely on getting the one exact Mario character from a plethora, and Mary did not know any so she was automatically out. He should have just given a general depiction of peach, or better just say butt emoji too 😂. Rung = ladder component to save one clue word from past tense ring.
