Part 2 with Antonio Harvey. The former NBA Power Forward, NBA Analyst and currently a successful Cannabis Entrepreneur, Mr. Antonio Harvey continues his conversation with Will Gates and Arthur Agee on the Hoop Dreams Podcast. Antonio is a Mississippi native who played college ball at Southern Illinois, Georgia and Pfeiffer before going on to play 10 years in the NBA and 4 seasons overseas. He played with the Lakers, Grizzlies, Blazers, Clippers, Sonics and the Hawks before going on to an 11 year run as an analyst with the Portland Trail Blazers. He became one of the early pioneers in the legal side of the cannabis business industry in Oregon, starting multiple companies which he eventually merged into Legends Food & Beverage. Antonio talks about his battle with Shaq in college, his famous block on Michael Jordan while with the Vancouver Grizzlies and all the lessons he learned playing alongside some of the greats like Gary Payton, Rasheed Wallace, James Worthy, Shawn Kemp and many others. Antonio talks about how he and his wife took a big risk starting their cannabis business and all the ups and downs during the process and sprinkles in some nuggets of advice and life lessons along the way.
