Dr. Thema encourages us to free ourselves from the limitations of imitation so we can be our authentic selves. Music By: Joy Jones Recording Engineer: Aja Adeagbo
Dr Thema, you are going to be my psychologist. i'm in Jamaica and you're in LA so i don't know how or when but it is going to happen. i claim it. you speak to my life and soul almost everyday on twitter and i just know...
Dr Thema, I showed up like myself since I was a little tiny child. My mother hated me before I was even born! She put me down and ridiculed me for being kind, gentle, quiet. She told lies about me every time anyone said anything nice about me. Then, as an adult, I was mocked and made fun of because I developed an accent. To this day people discriminate me even though I'm an American and my father served in n the Marines for over 40 years! My behavior, my work ethics, my honesty, my kindness, compassion and respect for others doesn't make a difference! I'm 60 years old already! What do I do?
Dr. Thema never misses. Thank you so much for this episode and for all of the wonderful, healing work you do. 🙏 It's been a blessing to so many of us. I listened to this episode a couple of years ago but I wasn't ready. It popped up on my feed today and it was right on time. I needed this reminder, and coming from you makes it that much more meaningful. You are a Godsend. 🙏🥰 Thank you so very much.
I don't call one by any of those labels, it's just being yourself and thinking for yourself, not believing everything your told without finding truth. I don't follow the herd their are different paths and different ways to do things and personalities are different we all have different gifts.
