Selecting the right hood and hob was a challenge for us. We have had no experience using it so far. The only resources we had were to do research on the Internet and ask a few friends about their products. Finally, after much deliberation, we make a decision.This video will tell you our journey to find the right one for our kitchen.

Hi dear Actually Italian burner എന്നും brass burner എന്നും നോക്കി വാങ്ങിയിട്ട് അതിൽ വല്ല സത്യം ഉണ്ടോ? Hob വാങ്ങാന്‍ ഉള്ള time ആയി.. So totally confused 🙄🙄. പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് hob നോക്കുമ്പോ brass burner ഒന്നും കാണുന്നില്ല... ഞാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് glen ന്റെ bldc motor വരുന്ന model select ചെയ്യാം എന്നാണ്. bosch ന്റെ ഈ model ൽ bldc motor ആണോ വരുന്നത്?. glen ന്റെ bldc model ൽ 150w motor ആണ് വരുന്നത്. അതുപോലെ bldc motor ആയതുകൊണ്ട് 9 differnt speed settings ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. 1st speed ൽ അണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ഏകദേശമ 50w power usage മാത്രമാണ് വരുന്നത്. dc motor ആയത് കൊണ്ട് heat and noise കുറവാണ് so motor life കൂടുതലും കിട്ടും.

Very informative and analytical approach to the selection of hob and hood. I don't recall your analysis on the selection of dishwasher for your kitchen and are you planning to do that? In 2021, when we were shopping for a DW, many units in the 30-40K price range were re-branded units made in China. Would like to hear your experience now.

Hi a very informative video waiting for your updates on hob.. since i am planning to buy this for my renovated modular kitchen.. For me renovation was a bad phase of my life as our contractor was the worst in the world and did not complete the work even after demolishing the old kitchen way back in 2021 march.. so now inhave taken up things in my control and doing researches to complete my kitchen..

I'm planning to go with Faber bldc slanting type and hob 3 burner 90cm either faber or glen But my interior design guys said Glen is not good and bad service, so I'm really confused, but Glen provides induction hob, so I thought about 3 burner hob 60cm and 30 cm 2 zone induction. One of my friends is using Hafele, and he is gett frequent complaints related to auto ignition Still confused

Thank you for this review - in fact you may be able to help me on just one point ; the reason why I thought of shifting from my first preferred brand being Bosch and not sorted yet. All the confusion is on whether Bosch satisfied requirement of intense flame and Indian cooking. If the answer is YES, then Bosch gets back on my preferred choice

Absolutely yes!! Bosch understands Indian minds and Indian ways of cooking. When I visited LuLu Mall, they showed us a model that has 2 Italian burners and 1 brass burner. But, the one I bought from QRS does have a true brass burner, which is ideal for Indian cooking. Please make sure the model you select is fully brass, which satisfies Indian standards. I will show you a video in the coming session to check the flame pattern of the Bosch model that we bought.

@@backtohome thank you 😊 …. My choice of outlet is always QRS and the requirement is a 4 burner. So my presumption was that Bosch did not contain full Brass burners and if it does have, my issue is solved !

@@backtohome ok. ഹുഡ് ഉപകാരമാവും.otherwise grease dirt will get accumulated over kitchen cabinets and backsplash area.exhaust fan will attract smoke and dirt to the opening area and surrounding wall which demands regular cleaning(tough job).so sure u will not get regretted using hood

Hi Ma'am, Bijo here(A regular viewer of your channel and a subscriber too). I am a little bit confused with this model (hob). When I contacted the sales person of Bosch and what I was told by him that, if we go with the 3D burner option, the heat will be more and low heat cooking could not be possible and he advised me to go with the 2D burner (PND7B6F20I)option instead of 3D burner (PND7B6G20I). So can you share your view about this based on your experience ? Thanks.

I haven't yet started using the hob.. Just shifting going on... For Indian style of cooking, 3D flame is recommended by most of the companies.. I am not in a position to tell you, to what extent can we lower the flame, as I haven't yet make a try.. Shall update in the days to come!

I haven't placed the order yet, but most probably (Construction is still going on) will order either one of the above mentioned models from apnidukaan. (I found their price is really competitive). Flame is adjustable in 2 burners... One burner is meant for intense cooking.. That's our experience..

@@backtohome Thanks Ma'am, I got the flame video via whatsapp. yesterday I spoke to the sales manager of apnidukaan and I demanded to see the flame levels for 3 models. (Two 3D models and one 2D) And today they provided me those videos and I can see the very low flame even in the 4KW burner too. So I ordered the same and got it @36.5K. I was told by the the sales manager of Bosch that(@ Kollam Area), low intensity cooking could not possible in 3D models and he advised me to go with the 2D instead of 3D. Let's see how that is going to work. Once again thanks for your updates, time and help!!

Pls change your mind This one I think is mesh filter Not bldc motor (power consumption will be more) No oil collection tray ( maintenance might be hectic) Suction power is 800 might be low Pls check

Hi Charls, This model is filter less.. 2) Instead of BLDC motor, they have smart motor technology which consumes 145 W 3) 800 suction power ന്റെ theory കുറച്ചു elaborate ചെയ്യാൻ ഉണ്ട്.. I will explain in the upcoming video, the difference between 800 in Bosch and 1000 plus in other models and will show you a video to prove the suction power of bosch.

DWKA98G60I is filter less എന്നാണ് അവരുടെ catalogue ഇല്‍ കിടക്കുന്നത്. അവരുടെ same model name - series 4 ഇല്‍ filter ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ ഈ model ന്റെ brochure pic, Instagram ഇല്‍ ഇടാം.. അതിൽ ഉണ്ട്.. Filter less!!
