In this episode, we bring Farmor (my mother in law and my sons grandmother) from Sweden to our local village airshow at Mainfonds - but of course there's always time to stop at a brocante on the way. www.mainfonds.... / logisdebacchus
Good early evening to you Jenny, I know the video is 11 months old, but, what a treat to go out and away from all the responsibilities at the chateaux for just a day. Loved the bought goods, and it is just great to see new images and other people for a change. I am sure the food stalls were well managed, almost like military precision!! It is wonderful when your venues are so clean and tidy and you mentioned that the food was so delicious, nourishing and not too expensive. It was lovely to have mother-in-law to spend some time with you, and the ending views of the night time around the chateaux with the lights on I always find so fascinating even here at home. In winter I just love to go outside, look at the sky, the stars seem to be brighter shining and you notice some new ones, that's just the way the earth tils during the winter months in the southern hemisphere. They are always just there. So many things to enjoy for free and the beauty of it all is, I have eyes and ears to see and hear it all. Kind regards, Elize.
Hey Jenny, lovely to see you out n about and what an amazing display! Just figured that I didnt have notifications turned on so I've just binge watched the few episodes I missed. Loving the vlogs 😍 un fuerte abrazo x
My friends mother is called Mor Mor. Her Great Grandchildren call her Great Mor. So sweet. I just love your style of vlogging Jenny! Are we ever going to get to meet the men in your life? Do you think they will continue to be stubborn about being on camera? I love that you respect their wishes. How old is your son? My 18 year old nephew is in school to be a pilot. His dad was in the US Air Force and flew C 130s in Afghanistan! He was awarded the air medal for saving lives. He now is a captain for Southwest Airlines! Is your son interested in becoming a pilot? We also have a friend who is an airplane mechanic and another who is an air traffic controller. My sister is a flight attendant! So many jobs in the field of aviation. 💙
Hi Rhonda! Maybe one day they’ll decide to come on camera… We’ll have to wait and see. My son is 14 so he’s got a little way to go yet before he can start his career. You clearly have a distinguished aviation family! Yes there are many different skills needed in aviation, so who knows where he’ll end up! Thank you so much for your comments 💕🤗💕
That was great Jenny! The air show reminded me of the ones they have in Italy. Your mirror is gorgeous, I have two very similar in shape and size, I’ll post a pic. Your son would have enjoyed the tricks and manoeuvres, hard to believe helicopters can manage without crashing. Thank you so much, and love your tan !
Thank you Amina! Yes my son loved the roar of the Mirage 2000's. It's quite impressive to be so close to them. I'd certainly never seen a helicopter do anything like the manoeuvres that I saw that day. They were incredible! Most of them I was not even able to capture on film. I'd love to see your mirrors! I'm not sure yet what I'll do with the one I bought, but as we work our way through gently renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms, I'm sure we'll find a place for it.
Hi Lynette! Yes he did. He especially loved the Mirage 2000's at the end. He'd love to be a pilot, but at 14 he still has some work to do to get there. 🛩
