You should keep watch on that ethanol loop if your running out of power you would need to switch out to a water based cooling loop. Its also more efficient to just build everything in the electrolyzer room out of gold amalgalm or steel so you can focus on only cooling the oxygen and the generators

Generators with all the radiant pipes of hydrogen made of gold will be fine because hydrogen produced by 95 C water in the electrolyzer can't overheat generators. just seal them with insulation, it will be hot, but stable

You are a big fan of ethanol + aquatuner :) it let you make mistakes with automation (control the temp if you want the temp to be around 0 C ), but it wastes so much electricity compared to water. BTW, with steel radiant gas pipes and cobolt radiant liquid pipes you do not need to put so much radiant pipes. 1 line instead of 3 is enough to transfer temps. if steam turbines are sealed with insulated tiles and there is good amount of gases inside (at least 1.5k of oxygen or 1k of hydrogen), you can put just 1 or 2 radiant pipes and it will be just ok.

little explanation about water against ethanol. aquatuner removes 14 C temp from a liquid. liquid with more heat capacity transfers more heat from the pipe to steam chamber, for the cost of 1400 wat. aquatuner literally transfer heat from 10kg liquid to aquatuner itself and you have cashback with steam turbines.
