The thing that worked for me - reduced carbs, increased protein intake, shunned snacks/ice cream/candies worked out more regularly, and slept well. I reduced my body fat % from 28 to 19 and waist circumference from 41 in to 35 in, weight from 80 kgs to 70 kgs in 2 years. Most of my weight is in muscles now. While I don’t look like Hulk, I am fit and flexible than before.
