This is great! seeing these again is such a treat. Just an observation but I feel like as the episodes went on in this season Victor seems more relaxed and having more fun!
Yo! Sorry I missed you guys on both RU-vid and Twitch, but OI got a bit of a useless tidbit: Did you know that I was born exactly 8 YEARS after Atari was founded? Which incidentally they were founded on June 27th, 1972. I guess I'm blessed by the videogame gods then! XD OOH! Pitch to a break from Alan "Church of Pain" Belardinelli! XD AH! And another from Nolan Bushnell himself! XD
...okay, jumped through hoops to try and watch the Twitch VOD for the following 1080 session and realize I missed the TRUE party... I should wake up earlier and join, at least for next week...
22:10 A shame that joke got ruined by time. On broadcast television in the 90s, the platform below Tommy and Vic would have (intentionally) been obscured by the over-scan on your typical CRT TV - making it appear as if they were legitimately hanging 35 feet in the air. Since this is most likely master footage (or copies from the master), it's the entire aspect of what was caught on tape.
It's an interesting theory, but I doubt it. In fact I don't even think that it's clear that the dark ground is near them. At the least on a CRT it would be harder to tell, but even at this detail I can't tell.
