Additionally, considering there are many similar episodes, I believe it's important for you and your team to learn better ways to talk to the people you interview, especially in sensitive situations like these. Beyond training, it might be helpful to understand your interviewees more deeply. This could help you gauge their level of commitment in their relationships and allow you to respond with more compassion and appropriate words. This is just something I've noticed and perhaps what I am suggesting might be out the scope of the show.
