Learning about different areas of Joburg is currently what am all about right now. Can you do apartment hunting in Braafountain and Maboneng? Or any areas that you think might be appealing to outsiders. Maybe talk about the surrounding areas, and type of environment one might expect if they decide to rent/buy an apartment in those areas. It’s beautiful and all but the you’ll struggle with turn around time of getting things fixed in your apartment. I’ve struggled for months with getting tiles fixed, toilet leaks for no reason, geyser stopped working. The caretaker from the first building just has that title but never delivers. I’m in the process of moving out. Again, that’s just my experience.
