I am just so impressed by this actor…though the director is really good too from what I can tell from the bts and script notes. The sheer panic in CX when XY told him he would no longer be welcome there. The quiver in his voice. Wow. Just wow with the emotive acting.
I am so glad that Grandpa stopped Jing. As much as Jing loves Xiaoyao, he needs to understand this is between her and Cang Xun. This is something she has to face and deal with on her own. This obsession Cang Xuan has with Xiaoyao is sick and getting out of hand. He follows her everywhere, spreads those rumors behind her back, and now this. Xiaoyao is looking at him in a new light. It's like, who are you? Why are you doing this to me?
this is painful to watch, but we see what happens to some people who love so much that it makes them crazy, especially when they can't have the person they want , he is obsessed with her and as unhealthy as it is I still feel sorry for both of them ...

Cang Xaung creeps me out. He is controlling and very selfish. Jing is so weak it gets on my nerves. He should tell Xiayao he is not comfortable with Cang Xaung following her everywhere. Cang Xuan even speaks to Jing like he is a fool. Now Jing is the third wheel in his own relationship. She needs to tell Cang she is not in love with him so he can back off.
He spread rumors so that Haoling would revoke Xiaoyao's status in Haoling and she has no choice to take Xilling/Xiyan surname and sided with ChangXuan. Haoling King knew immediately, he wants to war against Haoling. He is cunning. He have a big ambition for his nation, and obsessed over Xiaoyao. I hope he lets go over his obsession and choose to let her happy in her own way. Jing is so clever, and always rather observant about whats going. He can tell Xiayao immediately to backoff from CangXuan, but he didn't because he trust Xiayao and he understand ChangXuan never want to hurt Xiaoyao. I'd say its up to your own opinion who would suit Xiaoyao better, for me Jing is always the end game because he is the cool water against fiery Xiaoyao. He also devoted and slowly break Xiayao's trauma of being abandoned. But my personal favorite is ChangXuan, I like ambitious man. 😂
This series is dissolving into a mess. Why is it necessary that a female character has to suffer so much. Am glad I do not watch the entire show, only the 10 minutes here and there.
@@Kennamszoey A harem is multiple women being kept by one man as wives and concubines. This is just a woman being harassed by multiple men when she only wants to be with the one she loves. Even if she wanted to be with more than one of them society and mens ego would never allow it. Its men not getting that that just because they want a women she doesn’t have to want them back.
