20.02 m I was both jock and valedictorian. Or at least I beat them all in a competition and beat them in every subject. Since im a drop out. Libraries rock. So the jock usually learns discipline and gains resilience faster. The valedictorian studies more. But one should work both. Hybrids far outstrip absolutes in this case. It's why I recommend meditation stretching exercise and martial arts for depth perception and other various benefits. The brain is organic. What one appears like on the outside is irrelevant. Exercise builds brain cells. Body and mind. They are one whole. Personally I've decided to go with shinzens terminology. It is testable and darn right intuitive. Carlos had perception awareness and intent. Good description of will. But that's harder to test. Concentration clarity and equanimity are defined in such a way that they are testable and meet the core requirements. All 3 working together replaces will with mindful awareness. Carlos Castaneda was close. I was going to finish it for him but the old man beat me to it. I'll be 40 in October. That means I can teach. My will tested it is time for the next phase. Can't wait to start my own channel. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h_D3VFfhvs4.html I drooped out after the competition. I got too caught up in the challenge and forgot why I don't show off. I noticed they felt smaller next to me after. It was because I'm the jock type. Started working out and practicing martial arts at 8 and shit. By the time I made it to the 8th grade I was built. And fast. And smooth. Since I studied all subjects before I attended school I didn't study in class which left me lots of time to socialize. Straight c student. Didnt want anyone to know how smart i was. Usually bums people out. So the smart kids took it hard when i beat them and all the others at the other schools. They tried harder before they learned. Plus my friends and bro were dropping out and looking to join gangs. I couldnt stand by and do nothing. Completed my training at 17. I picked up my tricks through history so like shinzen I noticed it involved 4 things great physical sacrifice or pain psychedelics dreaming and mindful awareness. So I did dreaming first. Until I reached the source in dreaming. Then I meditated in horse stance to train concentration clarity and equanimity. The horse stance involved pain so no need to cut myself or bathe in ice physical sacrifice bundled in. And I left the psychedelic for after attaining cessation for any period longer then a month. Unfortunately cessation is tricky so it took 6 months to actually do the psychedelic. I did this because it's said it gives a high degree of equanimity and I wanted it to boost whatever meditation was going to end up doing to me. In hindsight I agree with the little bastard. He was cunning. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-luKVhuUsGMc.html What helped me as a child was to see all things in life as a challenge. When I learned to draw at 8 i noticed it increased my ability to manipulate and create mental images. Then I knew what I learned changed my brain. And all of it became a challenge. The this is the land of a thousand cherry blossoms. Opportunities to learn are the cherry blossoms. This video reminds me of when I forgot who I was at 18 and then the transition to 25. Cessation ruled the first 2 years of it but since I forgot who I was I no longer meditated in horse stance. Although the habit reappeared when I joined the military. Even wing Chung. No idea then where it came from but now I know. I may have utterly detached from my past self once but my body had been trained. And it remembered it's training when it was relevant. At least at first. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6-wEAeNcA_A.html 47m. I wanted to learn how to be a father. I got the impression the family unit would be instrumental in getting the core requisites required for children to grow up non dual. If I could cut and paste from my neighborhood and peers then people knowing how to utilize their functions as sensory systems. Knowing how to explain what concentration is and how to develop it. What clarity and equanimity are. What does mindful awareness consist of. All these things I knew early and it gave me a major major advantage at 10 I was like it's on. So not becoming a legend or becoming hokage. For me it was what does it take to be the right father the right husband the right friend. Not limiting its scope. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NaiZLpFmp18.html It's about leaving a foundation that deals with the holistic aspects of the jewel of enlightenment which to me is just another way of saying human at the moment but one day may include sentient organisms of different kinds. I'm personally rooting to see if a.i. can learn as we learn. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NaiZLpFmp18.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-P7FIBb3LAiM.html I won't write a book unless I attain 80y.o. I leave my bones scattered here and there like pages thrown to the winds of time out of a journal that does not exist. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EJ09pSuA9hw.html No schools no teacher a library a thirst and foresight. For me cave is library. And blind means I have no belief because if I cannot see it or hear it or feel it or taste it or smell it then to me as a child it was adults being confused. The clue was their facial expressions. I'm technically an atheist except I studied religions to find techniques for my tool box. They have a lot of good techniques. Even if most of them don't really understand what a nervous system implies. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-shkhha_Uao4.html Natsu is anyone male female trans etc. But gildarts is karma. And for me karma is information. The great teacher. Causes and effects. Local and non local. Relativity sure was a game changer. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6rNvzd4Eu-4.html Dogma is problematic. My biggest issue is I consider males warriors. And women geniuses. Has to do with xx vs xy. Anywho dogma sure does get used against women a lot. I say dogma equals Jafar. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mw5VIEIvuMI.html

Peanut butter and sawdust and then there was baloney, that's all I ate for lunch in elementary school. I was too obscured to move on to submarines, rubens, pastramis, egg salads I was grossed out by them. Yes, the smart kids ate those, never occurred to me until now.

The belief Americans should examine is that the United States is a good and virtuous nation and that they by extension are good and virtuous people. That’s a demonstrably false belief (in a relative sense of course), a belief that causes so much suffering both in the US and outside of it. Maybe the US is at that bottoming out point. We can only hope.
