What an exciting and rewarding adventure you are on as you make your new life in Bordeaux! We will be visiting in May as it is our first time to Bordeaux. I just subscribed and rang the bell and will follow you along on your journey. Do you have any restaurant recommendations for our visit? Much rather have LOCAL recommendations than just Tripadvisor. Thank you so much. I would recommend you visit the Les Halles de Bacalan biltoki.com/halles/bacalan/. The food and atmosphere is wonderful! And also visit Saint Emilion, 10 mins from us and there are some wonderful restaurants in this famous village.

I watch your work with admiration. During the Sunday fair, in one of the paintings you saw a Russian Cossack (in a red shirt) giving up his horse for a wounded prisoner. The painting is called "The Humanity of the Cossack". This is a Russian humanity tradition.
