This is Part 4 of 4 of our custom roof rack build.
In this episode we complete the roof rack, we cut and weld all of the framework for the roof rack. This Aluminium roof rack has been an epic amount of work totalling a month, but finally we have completed it!..... Almost....
This is the main frame work, the welding, the cleaning, grinding, sanding, surface preparation and painting. Unfortunately we never filmed the installation process but as we did it in the rain, but we just needed to get it done. It looks good and we're super happy with it!
The final parts are just the peripherals, like the solar panels, antenna, lights etc... So these will be installed at a later date, so stay tuned!
