(not even sure if Tina & Nudee have their own manager like Char does) I know Nawat is the kind of boss who grabs an opportunity when he sees one, esp when he knows the org will gain profit from it. I just hope he's not pushing the girls too much. We can see that he looks after them like a father, so I think that's good. And the "bodyguard-secretary" role was the girls idea, anyway.
