I analyse them closely 👀 almost every other month. I have a property to remortgage or do a product switch on or a purchase. So that keeps me up to date with the latest rates, arrangement fees, etc 😅
Just found your channel, great interview. Can you please share a name a lender that covers the cost of purchase and lease extenstion? I've never come across a lender that does this, especially based on end value. I've had to fund these kind of deals myself and missed out on deals because of lack of funding.

Correct, 85 years with Paragon. With Paragon you can extend the lease and purchase simultaneously. They recently had a product with £750 cashback, fee valuation, 5.39%, no product fee. In our property WhatsApp groups. I have posted a list of short lease lenders and their minimum lease and lending criteria. Some lenders allow you to extend the lease after you complete. Some lenders, in this current market, say you have to extend the lease and purchase simultaneously.
This guy doesn’t know much, he thinks the Government will make short leases 50% cheaper ? 🤣😂😂😂 mad man, they will come waste freeholders, why? Because so many MP’s own freeholds, this guy will lose all his money soon enough, what a strategy to hope that the leases will be 50% cheaper, his leases are worthless, for renting out its fine, but for future value he has lost out
