The F&W, on both coasts, is always enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoy watching these. They are both entertaining and informative. They always guide my choices since I can't get to WDW and much as I'm at Disneyland.

Sorry to say I'm glad to see some honest reviews about the festival food. I went to Flower and Garden for the first time ever in March and tried things everyone else was raving about, and it was all mostly trash as Bear would say. We thought we just went on an off day. I will forever love Disney but will hesitate to plan to spend hundreds of dollars on festival food versus just having a nice sit-down dinner I can trust will be good.

Maybe if Disney foods saw the trash, maybe, maybe they will DO better! More needs to be said. So more can be done 😓. I'm so sorry about the disappointing spam musubi. I was straight up told by one of the cast members working the festival booths that if I complained my food was cold, they would give me a new one. Since your rice was bad to the point it was inedible, I'm sure they would give you a new (and hopefully better) musubi. I also usually suck it up and deal with bad food, but nobody should be subjected to food that can't even serve its most basic function of being consummable, especially at Disney prices!
Totally agree! We've had situations where whole drinks or plates were dropped, and we've been able to get those replaced. They certainly would've done that for us. You are correct.
I've had a number of different shoyu ramen before and I could tell that the ramen was going to be bad just by the broth color. Shoyu ramen has a rich dark amber colored broth but that broth was way, way too dark. There's normally a clarity to shoyu ramen broth (even when a dark amber) and that broth was NOT IT. It was so opaque. When you said it was mostly watered down soy sauce - I wasn't surprised. My toxic trait was that I didn't actually mind the Tofu Pho two years ago. It was spicy but there was a light sweetness to the broth that was pleasant. These just feel like giant step back (despite the Tofu Pho not being perfect). Thank the line goddess that it blessed Princess so she could get her moussaka.
Wow, what a shame that the noodles and the sushi were such a disappointment! Can you go back to the window and ask them to remake it? The broth for the soup was probably done in huge batches, but I wonder if they could have made the sushi roll with fresher rice? Love all of your videos!
