I love Soarin’ over California. I always get teary eye after watching it. The Malibu scene feels like being tucked into bed after a long day or a nice bear hug. A sweet, tender moment. All of the scenes feels like that. Soarin’ is lovely but I am nostalgic for Soarin’ over CA.
Dom P is one of my favorites, but I was screaming inside watching it be poured into a plastic flute. The cup always matters. 😅 As others have said you can get it cheaper in the Pavillion, go try it out of a real glass. ❤

Soarin’ Over CA is so terrific! Glad we caught it last time it was in DCA, what a treat. One thing I don’t like about World is the dust getting kicked up into the lens, plus the Eiffel Tower is so bent unless you’t sat directly in the center. I’ve never been sure why they changed it…

Dom Pérignon on a trash can. Perfect. Very Mr. Morrow. I loved it the only time I had it. I did taste a huge difference between that and the cheap stuff.
Soarin is also my favorite, and when we heard the California version was coming back temporarily we scheduled a quick weekend trip specifically to see it.

Love you tried the Dom perignon the thing that is a bit of a Disney fix is they sell it in the France pavilion in “Le Cava Da vins” for $58. Classic Disney 😂 but still glad you enjoyed it 🥂

It’s Italian, so any word with ch followed by an e or i is a hard c (pronounced as a K). Porchetta, Chianti, Bruschetta, etc. C followed by an e or i is pronounced as a soft c or ‘ch’ - Ciabatta, cena, etc Sc is the ‘sh’ sound.
Just as in English, all languages have acceptable pronunciations for certain words that have become colloquialisms even if they aren’t “correct” in the dictionary. For instance… “Caramel” or “carmel,” “GIF” or “jif,” “vase” or “vaz.” All I’m saying is… nobody’s here for correct grammar! We love Nate so give him a break and don’t hassle him about a pronunciation!🫶🏻😍
