I am from Uganda in Africa. Recently I was passing through hardship financially and I went to my pastor I asked him why am passing trouble after trouble and he told me to go and ready Ephesians very well and when I called him to tell him to tell him that I am done reading it he told me it's well and wen I told him it's not well he told me to read it again I got so irritated and I decided to go to u tube and I typed in how to understand Ephesians and boom Calvary chapter 😊 am glad to hear from you now I have peace be blessed

I'm not afraid because I have been redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior through his Grace I believe I will not lean on my own understanding but trust in the words and his spirit of Truth to guide me along the way it is his holy spirit that teaches me and protect me thank you Lord for your loving favor in Jesus name I pray amen

Thank you for your teaching Pastor Paul! I have a home church but I love to listen to your sermons for deeper understanding/clarification as I go through the Bible on my own. I battle constantly back and forth with believing yes I’m saved, but that I have to walk on eggshells so God isn’t mad at me. It’s a miserable way to live, and even though I know that, the battle to rest in the finished work of Christ is still there. Thank you for being a part of my spiritual growth even though you don’t know it!

Genuine faith is assumed by Paul that's why he writes in the next verse that truly saved repented believers are expected to produce the fruit of salvation. God prepared them from the beginning for the saved members. Though our salvation is not based on works, God expects us to work for his purpose on earth to prevail and he rewards it as promised in Rev 22:12
This video clarifies being saved and the works God expects afterwards, but what happens when the dead are judged as written in Revelation 20 and found not to have even tried to commit works, or follow Yeshua in any way?
Wonderful preaching. Bless you Pastor. But, what if somebody claims that he believes in Christ and saved and but shows no fruits of salvation/christ like living?
