I've also heard that motorcycle driving is not accepted. It is a dilemma for the ones who don't own cars. I hope it is possible

Nasa approved stage na ako ng EPI even without a driver's license. Update: Hinanapan na ako ngayon ng driver's license. Hindi naman daw requirement, pero malawak daw yung coverage ng application mo kapag driver.
