The EPIC 3 RDI amp and APX radio are linked as a paired "set" after the initial Bluetooth pairing process. This pairing persists through device power cycle events, allowing both devices to automatically Bluetooth reconnect when they are powered on. If the APX radio is Bluetooth paired with a different Bluetooth audio device after the RDI amp is paired with it, the RDI amp will be replaced as the current paired device and will not reconnect automatically to the APX radio if the new current paired device is connected. Turning off the current paired Bluetooth audio device (or turning off its Bluetooth feature) will allow the RDI amp to reconnect to the APX radio. The current paired Bluetooth audio device can also be manually removed from the APX radio's Bluetooth device list to allow the RDI amp to reconnect automatically.
