If that's the case, put 100 crit on Zahhak and we can call it a day right? See if he 1 shots every Senya or Choux. I have heard that cdmg artifacts like Mature Sunglasses can boost you over the cdmg cap and if thats true then the only thing that could push you over the crit cap are crit artifacts. We don't have a 50% crit artifact to screw around with though lol.
His skills must have flew over my head ,coz I don't understand how he outspeds rans and c.lilias with 250 speed,,like that 10% cr push is that much of a boost ? Am so confused 😕
Its 20% and its calculated not on your speed but on fastest hero speed For exemple you fight a 300 speed peira , zio passive will give him 20% of 300 , so 60 speed This mean a 250 speed zio will always outspeed a 300 speed unit However , using him as anti cleave is to me not worth it , i will probably make him slower lifesteal with chatty
