He actually could have had that arrangement at a certain law firm. Nick was mad that they were going to put him "in the basement ", and send clients (that the other lawyers didn't want their cases,etc) down to him to work with. He explained it a while back,and I think the space he was to be working from was free too,but he was "too good " to be treated that way,so he never took them up on it.

I'm not sweeping for Nick, I just actually believe in innocent until proven guilty. I haven't seen evidence because there hasn't been a trial. It's weird how many lawyers say this and preach it but then have decided Nick is guilty. I'm not saying Nick isn't guilty. I just haven't seen proof of it yet.

@@specialsause949 You do realize that for Rekieta to be innocent the cops would have had to have planted an obscene amount of drugs in his house, colluded with cps and forensics to get a false positive on his 9 year old daughter who tested positive with a level over 5000, and colluded with Rekieta's sister in law and pastor to get them to testify against him. Like the amount of absurd impropriety you have to believe could have taken place and denial of basic reality you have to participate in at this point to even begin to give Rekieta the benefit of the doubt is so far beyond the pale and any degree of logical reason, that it makes Hellen Keller look like she has a better grasp on reality than you.

If you take a picture on the internet then you should consider that it's "on the internet", private app or not . Nick n Kayla have been in the internet long enough to know it. As far as Keanu (who started the phone call to police) well Keanu and Geno knew what this would do and she did it. Geno was agreeing right along with Aaron and Keanu caught him. As far as Aaron goes , I don't think Aaron did this out of any intentional meanness, however he is bragadociously DUMB.

The funniest thing Aaron could do is to go with a trial by jury. Make them enter the photo in to evidence...I bet they don't even have it. Nick's long-time friendship with D (it's late/early and I can't remember his name, whether it was Dax or Dex, and I don't care to look it up at the moment) really makes a lot more sense now, to be honest. Not anything bad on D's part, but it always made no sense to me that a "happily married man" would constantly hang around a guy who abhors marriage and committed relationships, and how they would constantly talk in detail about the stuff that D would do. Always seemed like a recipe for disaster for Nick.

Didn't he pass the image to ONE PERSON? In modern parlence is that really dissemination? If he posted them for all to see then yes, but showing one person, I'm not sure. I don't think that is what was intended by 'revenge porn' legislation. It might be more of an appeals court argument looking at intention of legislature, but I don't think sending to one person meets the threshold.

Reword your first sentence so it reads. Didn’t he disseminate the picture to one person? If the answer to that is yes then it is dissemination. Maybe he’d get consideration at sentencing since he didn’t send it to like a million people, but if he did it he did it

Regarding the going to the resort. That "voyeurism" is in a specific place and it most probably has restrictions regarding record and the sharing of that information. It is not as broad as public vogeurism. The nuance here likely protects him regarding the resort being used to negate his expectation of privacy. The rest of the examples are a different story

i dont see how what aaron did consists of disseminating. Everyone seems to gloss over this, it will be dismissed with prejudice(my opinion) but he is still susceptible to other charges and civilly probably.
