It has been a long time since I uploaded my last composition. As I said I have been bery busy with all the exams, but I have already finished my studies, so here I´m again to bring you some epic, celtic intense... music.
This time I have composed a very intense epic and celtic track. In adittion I wanted to do something new so I recorded my new G tuned whistles, my new bodhran, and a little part of Alboka. The rest you hear are East west/Quantum leap VST´s
I know the sound quality is not the best, but believe me, I try my best ;)

Yes Tartalo...your music is amazing. Sounds much more traditional as opposed to the electronic stuff we fear from others. Not that their music is good as well...But traditional has place in every ones heart whether we admit it or not. For that We thank you so much.

SUPERB celtic music!!! Greetings from Romania, a land with strong celtic heritage as well! Many celts lived in our lands and have left strong cultural influences as seen in our pipe(whistle) music, or long braided hair at men in "Apuseni" mountains of Transylvania(search for the images of "Horea, Closca, Crisan 1784"), or the the name of "Galati" city coming from the gals that lived there, etc.

I know I've already commented on several videos...I'm not trying to do that!! But every song I listen to is better than the last. I love Celtic music, and this is so beautiful I want to dance and play music and sing all at once! I feel as if I'm really in the highlands.

My goodness, this is such a powerful piece! It conveys the vigor and strength of the Celtic wildlands; I would run through ancient forests to this music, to the beat of my ancestors and with a heart beating like these thundering drums. Truly incredible, thank you so much for putting this up :D! You know how I said I would buy the Crusader as soon as it came out on itunes (after you're done upgrading it and whatnot :) ), well, the same goes for this piece XD!

Have you tried convolution reverbs ? Free plugins and impulse responses are difficult to find, but it sounds great when you found the right ones.

The only thing that disturbs me is the reverb : Your whistles and your bodhran doesn't really sound as it was recorded in the same room. The bodhran sounds completely dry. Anyway, great work ! :)

I was just wondering if I could do a bit of a remix sort of thing, but also have me singing over the top? So basically I'd make an original composition, and sort of mash it together with yours? It's so incredible and I would give you credit! Please please say yes, it's a brilliant song!

Oh darn, I actually use EWQL and Noteflight XD! But does cubase have a notation interface, like writing notes on staff paper, just on the computer? Or does it use bars? If it's not notation, it might be tricky (but interesting XD!) to do a collaboration since I'm primarily a notation composer. For starters though, we could both agree on a key and tempo or something and go from there :D.
