The snow falls, pounding the icy ground. The barren landscape of the North Pole stretches out, disappearing in a white haze. No life can be seen except the two figures who stand about 70 feet apart. One wears a red coat trimmed with white fur. His white beard blows in the wind, his golden eyes glowing with determination. It is the Claus, the guardian of Christmas. The other figure is also dressed in red which clashes painfully with his green hairy body. His red eyes gleam with an evil light, a dastardly grin on his furry snout. This is the infamous Grinch, the crusher of dreams, the bringer of darkness. The face each other, the final showdown about to take place. Santa lifts his staff, made out of holly wood and adorned with holly leaves, and points it at the fiend. In a loud voice he cries across the battle field, his voice echoing off the ice caps. "In the name of Christmas past, present, and future you will fall this day!" The green monster lets out a horrible chuckle. "Resist me if you dare, fat one. You will not defeat the Grinch!" "Perhaps not," the Claus replies, lifting his staff high in the air, "but they will!" He slams his staff into the earth, the ice cracking and breaking as the power rushes through it. The Grinch shrinks back as suddenly three ghostly figures emerge from the cracks. These are the Ghost of legends. The Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Future! They stare at the Grinch with icy cold eyes. With a pitiful scream of terror the Grinch turns and rushes headlong into the blizzard with the three close behind in pursuit...

I wasn't aware I needed this in my life. I have now been enlightened.

This is the first place I ever heard "oh come oh come Emmanuel". I've searched and I've not found a better version. I'm not religious but I find it overwhelming. I would love to hear some of these tracks and some of those off number 2 extended, refined and compiled together because they are excellent.

The snow flies through the air as a man journeys across the world He knows. He is wearing a thick red suit with white trim and drives a sleigh that's pulled by magical reindeer. To many, he is but a myth. But to some he is as real as the snow itself. The storm he flies through threatens to slow him and spill his precious cargo. However, he is unphased and tightens his grip on the reins. He has seen storms far worse in the many years he has lived. This was no different. Soon, lights appear in the distance. A sigh of relief and pride escapes his lips as he lands atop the roof of a large structure. Quickly, he grabs his bag of gifts and makes his way to a chimney pipe. The pipe is very small, but the man simply snaps his fingers and the pipe becomes wider, until it is big enough for him to fit. He descends down the chimney and into a room. A grand evergreen tree is standing proudly in the center, covered in bright decorations and an angel on top. As quietly and as gently as he can, he places colourful presents under the tree. But, as he turns to leave, the man spots a little girl hiding around the corner. Knowing the child had been found, the girl steps out from her hiding place. In one hand she has her teddy bear, while in the other an envelope with the man's name on it. Without saying a word, the girl holds it up to the man and he gladly receives it. Putting it in his pocket, the man tales the girl back to her bed and tucks her in. He turns to leave, but before he closes the door, he looks back and gives her a gentle smile. The girl smiles back and the man leaves. As he returns to his sleigh, he opens the letter that says; "Dear Santa, just wishing you a Merry Christmas and have a good night. From Susie." The man smiles and grabs the reins, ushering the reindeer to the next spot.

Someone needs to make either a Fantasy/Epic Christmas film series or a Christmas themed superhero film, and use this as the official soundtrack.

I know it is a couple weeks away, but picture the scene: Christmas Eve, a nation/world in unrest. Pandemics, Protests and Civil rights demands over shadow the attempts at Christmas Revelry. The bells begin to toll Midnight. Then....what's that....faint sounds of singing coming from nowhere, no - everywhere. The song grows in sound, depth, and light appears. A band of Angels is streaming across the skies. Angels and Demons clash swords, but darkness is no match for the light of heaven. The Holy Host victoriously sings songs of triumph and encouragement. "Hold on, the Christ Child was born, the Christ Child became a man. The Son of God died and ROSE to eternal life. Celebrate you saints. Light ALWAYS triumphs over darkness. How Epic is that!
