We started off the day finding a strange boat about 3 miles offshore. Once at our first spot the bite was a little slow. After a quick move we hit the honey hole.

This is like the ultimate family man channel. Thoroughly enjoy what you are all doing. Hey, not all of us can own a 36 with trip 300's, but you max out what you got and put fish in the box. Love your rig, stay on em and thanks for bringing us along with you.

I cleaned and put up all my shrimping gear a couple weeks ago.. just BEFORE the big runs. Probably will wait till the middle of April next year before putting up the shrimping gear.

Fun morning with the family for sure.... That must be a huge cooler, you just kept tossing fish in there and it looked like you still had plenty of room. Really enjoy that you can identify the different species of fish too. Be nice if you could take just a few seconds and let us know line weight, how you are rigged and rod and reel using. You guys caught more trout today than there are trout in the whole delaware bay! When I was a kid fishing with my pop in his boat we would fill the cooler with trout and flounder. The only bait I remember pop using was frozen squid on those wire fish finding rigs, and old Mitchell and Garcia reels on solid glass blanks with wooden grips with nylon line. Caught fish all day long. Today, 3d bottom finder, invisible mono line, fresh not frozen baits, come home with half a cooler of melted ice and frustration. Mike make some room out there for me, I'm moving to where the fish are!

Awesome vid! THESE are the types of conditions I'm looking for to head offshore. We went out to site 5 the day they closed the causeway ramps & had to launch from Dunlawton. It was supposed to be 2-3 footers and it was closer to 3-4ft rollers. Not too fun.

Looks like somebody came across from Cuba . Hey Mike are they something wrong with just dropping them down beside the boat . Don`t get me wrong I`m a Fisherman and a Hunter also . I check a few different apps...the wind finder app and the acu weather app...i look for seas under 2.5 ft with a duration of 8seconds or more.

"Weakfish" have small dots look like specks but the actual "Specks" or (Spotted Sea Trout) in contrast to their name have big spots. Off Main St bridge them Weakfish are some weird hybrids mixed with baitfish they have no spots at all and look gold instead of silver and green. Third light on the left coming off beachside at dusk when sun is changing colors till they stop biting maybee 1am-2am "pearl curly tail or tuxedo paddle tail" -game warden watching. Daytona ain't nothing what you remember you see he at the jettie and way off shore just to bring in something decent there are some spots intracoastal but its a insider thing.

Another insider you looking for WHITING freshwater Gold Aberdeen is for WHITING the WHITING cannot run from a South Bend Gold Aberdeen that sucker mouth sucks up the whole hook every time I caught some big WHITING Red DRUM size off "Main st fishing Pier"
