It seems like those metrics are there to give you a general idea of what the deck is capable of, without needing to go into too much explanation. If the deck puts out a lot of damage and likes battle phases, it's got good attack. If it's easy to get out your combo piece's, then the decks consistent. Not much more to it aside from that.
With the first Wanabee it was obvious it was Dinomorphia (Fossil dig), so Maxx C on their turn would be better... Not that it matters since Lava golem but still Odd combination thou, but seems to work so why the hell not? Keep cooking chef
Wouldn't Winter Cherries be right at home in this deck? Thinking about it, you don't care at all about your extra deck, but its pretty easy to fill it with the most frequent extra deck monsters you run into, making Winter Cherries especially effective. I'd honestly consider running a 2/2/2 split between ash/bug/cherries
Mikanko is the absolute worst match up for Dinomorphia...negate all effects of monsters that are the same or more than your life points....but you can't do that with mikanko. It's just a bad match up from the start :S
@@sabnarose I mean, its hard to call it a "variant" at the moment, the meta is at the point where you're kinda dumb if you're not running lava golem if you can work with it. If anything, this deck just needs Droll in it and its good to go (although branded is more common than SHS apparently)
I remember a long time ago, I was playing the golden castle against a six samurai player, and I don't think he ever bothered to read the castle at all, but after crashing two times, he attacked again, but then negated it with Shen I think (I can't remember all the six samurai cards) and his attack got through. To this day I still have no idea if he planned for that to work or if he was just negating anything he could while throwing himself against the castle
Mikanko nemleria is quite the interesting combo... Might dabble on it if I have enough of the UR nemleria cards from leftover pack openings but if not, guess I'll just stick with my blind going 2nd mikanko deck.
Yeah, this got me interested in trying this out too, especially since its more versatile than blind second...but I'm really loath to spend any gems before I see what they are going to offer for the anniversary
