I was so inspired and tried the full front twist today and... I landed ALMOST perfectly,.. because I suffered cruciate ligament damage. (i hope thats is what it is called in english :D) at any rate: Greetings to you guys! :)

We have them trampolines at my trampolining club and they don't have allot of spring to them if you want the best quality trampolines I would go for the eurotramp ones they have the most bounce and give you more hight ❤️

Theres no swagger to these tricks. While they are impressive as all hell, the way a gymnast flips is so boring to watch. You guys should bring some originality to gymnastics, throw some tuck Lincoln loops or something. I don't mean to demean gymnastics in any way, i have a lot of respect for the sport, but I have lost respect for the tradition engrained within it. I believe these guys could to incredible aerials if they were not restricted to having such an in-line positioning or stiff tendencies.
