A skilled officer can do this without push bumpers... Easier to do with a pickup.

8:21 i personally think that if there is a person hanging on the handle and you pit maneuver the car it would kill the person and thats same as murder (excet if the criminal were so dangerous that he shot many officer and need to be killed with permission)

You’re right but, 1 more minute and more people could get hurt, its a lose lose situation, if they dont stop that car, they could hurt more people, its better to have 1-2 hurt rather than more innocent people with families, in this case the streets were clear and there wasnt any public and everyone was evacuated, anywho, that guy is already dead, because hes scraping on an asphalt road, his lower chest and legs have been scraped or ripped open, if anything the officer gave him enough chances, he hurt enough people, the officer took the chance responsibly and reasonably and even risked his life to get another dangerous man off the streets.
