The McCaskeys have allowed this mediocrity and Pace is proving over and over that he's got no clue. I've been a Bears fan for 43 years and this is as angry and frustrated as I've ever been. I won't attend games or purchase product until this team figures it out.

I absolutely LOVE IT when sports reporters, or sports writers, or former players that are now after game analyzers convey the same emotions that us fans are feeling and can convey them to many people because they have a voice in the sports world. Many of us average fans never have our voices heard because we don't have a platform to use. Sure we can take to twitter, or other social media sites but nobody of importance is gonna give a damn or even see or listen to us. Guy's like Laurence Holmes have our backs unlike some other sports writers or reporters that like to get on their high horses and act like they're above the rest of us because they some how "know better". They like to tell us that we are "over reacting" and need to take a "step back" and "rationalize" that "this was the best the Bears could do given the circumstances". Those people aren't the ones holding people accountable or asking the tough questions that need to be asked. They're the ones who don't want to step on any toes of the people in charge for fear of making their jobs more difficult. So BRAVO to Laurence Holmes for having the GUTS to come out and say what needed to be said and what we're ALL thinking. That's what a Chicago sports reporter should be like. They ask the tough questions, they hold the people in power accountable, and they voice their frustrations or anger when it needs to be heard because the rest of us can't do it.

Thanks, Laurence. This needed to be said. I got kicked out of a couple of Bears Facebook groups years back because I went off on Pace and Nagy. I was told I was a homer and a 'real fan.' If there is one thing that Pace has done now, it is unify the Bears fans. This guy is a joke and there's just no getting around it.

It's the Ted Phillips era. Historic losses under Tressman, historic draft misses under Pace have rewritten what's been the worse in NFL history.

George And Ted are the real problem. They are the people that think Ryan and Matt are doing a good job.

The Bears are a full blown hot mess. The McClaskey's, Ted Phillips, Ryan Pace, and Matt Nagy are all to blame. The owners know - 0 - about football, Phillips is an accountant, Pace can't judge talent worth a flying F, and Nagy ruined Trubisky purposefully! That's right Trubisky wasn't a bust, Nagy busted him! The kid had the third highest QBR in the league his sophomore season, then Nagy completely changed the playbook ruining the kid. Now look at what's happening! Our Bears are going to suck out loud for at least another 5-6 years after this mess!

Nagy has to go as well. Neither haven't produced. Going into his 4th year and he's still trying to figure out the offenses identity. Unreal

They cut Fuller so Pace is burning down the house before he is fired.

Unfortunately he has made enough money doing a shitty job to be able to retire right now and be financially secure for the rest of his life. I envy him.

First off, I am 100% committed to tuning out this upcoming season for the first time in over 30 years. This is EXACTLY what I have talked about in the past, not just in football but in life. Have you ever been to a business and received beyond terrible service? Of course you have we all have, but in this scenario when you say to the person with the terrible service " Can you please get your manager" and they look at you, like, yeah so what I'll get them they ain't going to do anything, you know you are screwed. This usually happens because you have a inept person that is VERY GOOD at kissing tail. So instead of being good at their job they focus on kissing tail so they won't get fired. If they would focus as much energy on actually performing the job they were hired for they wouldn't have to kiss as much tail to survive. It is a very sick world we live in and this is what I see from this scenario. Someone that isn't actually qualified for the role they are in, however is willing to compensate with the tail kissing for job security! From the Glennon signing on any one in the world of sports new this dude was in over his cocky and ignorant head!

This video could have been 21 seconds long and good. Pace and Nagy have created a dumpster fire. Watching the Bears is like watching that movie "Draft Day" with Kevin Costner, except the Bears just screw it up and never fix it at the end. I'm just glad we didn't give up three firsts and a three for Wilson. Wilson seems like a nice guy; I'd hate to see him eventually get hurt behind our line with Nagy's play calling.

The best part is Schneider keeping Pace on the line while all competent QBs came off the market. Even ex-Packer executives have fun sticking it to the Bears and their overmatched GM.

I said this when our inept out of touch ownership (God please have them sell the Bears) gave Pace and Nagy one more year. 2021 Is a lost year and the ONLY good thing that will come of this is we will have a worse record and better picks for the future GM and future coach to work with since our Defense is going to fall off now with Fuller being cut (you trade pro bowl talent for picks you do not cut him if he does not want to take a pay cut) and Akiem Hicks going to be traded and was told to go seek a trade. Terrible! Hoyer, Barkley, Glennon, Trubisky, Daniel, Foles, Bray, Dalton, ...now Fields. Hasn’t previously been able to properly evaluate QB’s. Now he trades future picks (again)! Hope he proves me wrong but history is not on Pace’s side. Disappointed thus far.

The state of Illinois deserves better and there is no hope that it will. For the first time in my life I may not even watch a game. I have supported this team, watched every game, been to many games, spent a ton of money, and for what? So George, Ted , and Ryan to bury this team? It all started with the khalil mack trade, giving up 2 - 1st rounders and then paying him obscene money. How many very good players have been cut in order to accommodate macks contract and now the cap going down further magnified that bad trade.

Screwing up the QB position is a rich Bears tradition going back to whenever Sid Luckman retired in the 40s, with the exception of a couple years in the 80s with Jim McMahon before his shoulder was destroyed.

It's about damn time that someone speaks the truth about the Bears decision making when it comes to GM Ryan Pace because he's the reason why he's deflating this team and it starts by trading up on Trubisky instead of keeping the third to get him and passing up on Watson and Mahomes and now it's coming back to haunt him because the Bears has less money on cap room space because poor Pace doesn't know how to make smart decisions and don't take the blame upon his actions and blame others. Big boy business that the McCaskeys should have been out of a long time ago. In a world of teams spending money to win the Bears do the same shit over and over.

People forget that Andy Dalton averaged 10 wins a season his first five years, is the all time TD passing leader and completion leader for the Bengals, and has an all time winning record. He has stunk in the playoffs every game he was in, but the entire bengals team sucked in those games. And Marvin couldn’t win before Dalton in Cincinnati. You don’t win the AFC North multiple times, lead your team to 5 straight playoff appearances, start a season 8-0, average ten wins a season, and lead an NFL Franchise in TD passes and completions if you’re a scrub. He is no Wilson or Watson, but he is far better than Trubisky and Foles. Based on the QBs that were available, Dalton is the best one. I would of rather they trade up in the draft to take a QB, but outside of that, Dalton is a win for this team.
