SkychromE fbi isnt really a spy agency though. They are just glorified detectives. I think cia vs nsa would be better since they both live in cloaked helicarriers
My father is retiring from the army this year as a staff Sergeant, he received two purple hearts and a bronze medal of valor. I respect anyone who goes into service, any veteran who reads this should know I thank you for your courage and sacrifice
Respect. I tried to join the military it was my dream since I was a child. But because of a childhood injury I was denied entry. So I help by donating to veteran foundations.
@Chris Bailey regardless thanks brother you veterans are our finest we owe you everything even though i know you did it for the man next to you it could have been my dad or my grandpa so i thank you because i may not have been born if it wasnt for a veteran that made sure they made it home thank you
@Chris Bailey im afraid brother your service will be called on again to train people like me our government has gone rogue my grandpa called it voodoo zone black whatever that means
+Casimir Kulikowski I think that the Army guy should've responded to the ARMY acronym joke with MARINES standing for "Muscles Are Required, Intelligence Not Essensial".
Love how civis are bent on this. Then at the end of the day, me being Army; any Marine I did this with, I would grab a beer with. It is a sibling rivalry. Some civis are just too stupid to realize it, and take it to heart lmaoo.
I agree. My husband was in the Army and has friends that were Marines' that were in the Navy and his best friend was in the Air Force. They all tease each other, BUT, at the end of the day they are ALL brothers!!! My husband says all the time "we can say anything about each other because we are brothers. But nobody else can say to one of them what I do or they will have to fight us all" .
American Sniper Chris Kyle who went into combat with both Marine and Army Infantry units. said the following about them: From his autobiography “When you’re working with Army and Marine Corps units, you immediately notice a difference. The Army is pretty tough, but their performance can depend on the individual unit. Some are excellent, filled with hoorah and first-class warriors. A few are absolutely horrible; most are somewhere in between. In my experience, Marines are gung ho no matter what. They will all fight to the death. Every one of them just wants to get out there and kill. They are bad-ass, hard-charging mothers.” “Marines-you beat them down and they come back for more.” “Yes, SEALs did a good job, and gave their blood. But as we told the Army and Marine officers and enlisted men we fought beside, we’re no better than those men when it comes to courage and worth.”
@@sheyannebusche375 I agree to disagree; your average infantry soldier will NEVER measure up to the average Grunt Marine. We have ethos, history and Chesty behind us, we CAN'T afford to fail, whereas YOU can.
Chesty? How about the most decorated service members of all time, to include Audie Murphy? MSG Roy Benevidez? The only difference is that when you lose, you do everything you can to rewrite history to make yourselves appear victorious. Belleau Wood and the teufelhunden story? Yeah... thank the army for liberating the fountain. Teufelhunden isnt even proper german, teufelshunde is. That's the difference.
Those guys in the army who suck and aren’t motivated don’t speak for me and the rest of my gung ho battle buddies, still not sure how they get in but they’re usually just turds. I planned on joining the Marines but the recruiter lied to me and told me he didn’t want me (not exact words). So I went Army and let me tell you the us guys who are here motivated and stand ready to deploy and engage the enemy of the United States do not have any love for the those tards. (Just wanted to make this clear lol)
A soldier and a marine were walking through the woods when they came upon a bear. The soldier immediately pulls a pair of PT shoes out of his rucksack and starts putting them on. The marine says "You know, you can't outrun a bear." The soldier says "The way I see it, I just have to outrun you."
drew Castro been on navy bases and currently serve in the airforce on b1’s.. know what’s sad? From my observation chair force is in better shape than puddle pirates.. not to mention we do a hell of a lot more than just play taxi service for the marines.
@@smezzy174 usually you're enlisted in a service for 4 years so when that time is up you can reenlist or get out. John prolly went marines first, enlistment ended, he went to an army recruiter and got an option 40 contract. It is not impossible to change your branch when your enlistment ends.
+Sam West they are they just are a department of the navy but they are completely separate. back in the old days they worked with them as their infantry but now they work separately.
A marine and an soldier are in a bathroom at a bar taking a piss the marine finished and goes to the sink and says "in the marines we wash our hands after taking a piss" the soldier finishes up and walks past the marine opens the door and turns around and says "in the army we don't piss all over our hands"
A soldier is drinking at a bar and gets into a discussion with the bartender of if he can sleep with the hottest woman in the bar while completely shitfaced. The bartender says "Tell you what, you take these three kegs of beer and the hottest woman in the bar into my back room and actually pull it off, and you can have the beer for free." The soldier agrees, scopes out the hottest woman in the bar, and takes her into the back room with the beer. 30 minutes later, the bartender went in to check, and to his surprise saw the three kegs completely drained, and the woman looking quite ruffled. The soldier however was in the corner beaten into unconscioussness. The bartender woke the soldier up and asked him what happened, at which the soldier said "Some dude busted in here, beat the shit out of me, drained all three kegs of beer, made love to the woman, and then jumped out the window shouting 'OORAH!!!!'.
@Billy Frat . The M27 is meant to be a specialty rifle that has more range and also is built to be more accurate and handle a sustained firing rate better than the M4 While being more reliable
As an Army veteran I feel like Marines take a certain type of person that fits, just like the Army takes it's own type. More power to whoever fits that particular type of mold. The Army was 'looser'-it's the only way I can describe it. I think I would have gone insane in the Marine Corps as it seems like they have this non-stop intensity/insanity. It wouldn't surprise me if they maintain military bearing during bowel movements.
I spent 3 years at Ft. Bragg in the 82nd Airborne Division. I then spent 22 years as a State Police Trooper. I worked with quite a few former jarheads who still loved to yell Oo-rah and wear high and tights. I usually shut them up when I asked them if they ever stood in the door of a C130 or C141, with a T-10 parachute strapped on their backs.
I was 0311 and 6112 with 1 reenlistment. You can pog this and pog that all the fuck you want but the fucking truth is without the pogs grunts die. Period. As far as I'm concerned, if you have served honorably in an American uniform, I don't give a fuck what branch, you are number 1 in my book. This was a good and funny video. But this pog bullshit in the comments set me off. My time in the Corps was the greatest thing I ever did. My times as a grunt and ch-46 mech were just as great. We all stood on the wall. Stick that pog shit up your ass.
Gary Bryant people hate pogs because everyone thinks vets see combat but only a certain few do like my grandma was a army reserve admin and well yeah and people always say thank you for your service what fucking service did you do different than some guy in an office then theres my great uncle who was in nam and got ptsd and is an alchoholic now and he gets less than my grandma which is 100% fucked up
I was Army National Guard for 12 years, got nothing but love for the Regular guys we hung out with, and the marines we helped, as well as the airforce and Navy Pilots that provided air Support for us at times. I love these rap battles Matt needs to a newer one Like Airforce VS Navy. That would be cool.
People who are actually serious when they say one service is "better" than another are misinformed. It's impossible for a service to be better than another because they each specialize in a different job. If they all did the same thing then you could determine the better branch, but they don't. It's like comparing someone's bench max to someone's 40 yard dash time and determining who's better off of that. Each service is better at their own intended job. That's why we have more than one branch.
@@Ouija_Dude we are different us marines are considered shock troops which means we are more specialized at hard and fast assaults. It doesnt mean we are better it just means thats our specialty
> What do you call a marine with the iq of 70? > General Actually, wouldn't it be prudent to call him "General, Sir!" to avoid a USMC Ninja Punch? :-) [Disclaimer: I'm a former Austrian Army SFC who in his time had the honor of enjoying military playdates with a number of foreign fellow soldiers from foreign armies, such as the US Marines in the Nineties and early Noughties (met some at NATO/PFP exercises, weorked with them at IFOR/SFOR/KFOR, taught/trained them in mountain warfare and skiing at our army's "TÜPl Lizum/Lizum-Walchen Training Area" and worked with them at some ventures I'm not at liberty to discuss - i.e. The Works) who retired from active service about 17 years ago, and thus my familiarity with USMC etiquette might be a wee bit obsolete. So please don't take offense if I might be wrong but just correct me politely, because after all, we're all brothers, innit?] And while we're at it: Q: What do you call an MP with an IQ of 100? A: Depends. Some of them go by "German shepherd" and others by "Belgian Malinois". [BTW: after I completed my training as a scout/sniper in '95, my company's Old Man (in his infinite amount of camaraderie) coined the nickname which would follow me through my whole army career: "PSAG = Proaktiver Sozialarbeiter für Gegner" (~"PSWO = Proactive Social Worker for Opponents"), because in a shooting war, my mission was to "reach out and touch the hearts and minds of the enemy". ] > How do tell a marine was using your computer terminal? Q: And how could you tell if another marine also had used the computer terminal? A: Well, that's obvious: somebody would have corrected over the White-Out with an inkstick. TLDR; if you're not into military banter and reminiscence of a salty old NCO, it might have been a better idea to start reading from the bottom up.
You guys haven't seen those memes where the branch is fighting than here comes cost guard trying to get into the fight. I'd think it will be funny to see the rap battle. Lol
+AssassinSpoon yeah, the uniforms are already being made, pretty much just Google new army uniform 2016 and a bunch of results will show up. they look very similar to the old BDU's
Either I'm imagining things, or someone sang a line that was meant for the other dude. I can't help but to think that both of these guys are biological brothers, or it's the same person that wears both uniforms.
Join the army they'll take anyone. Just need an ASVAB score of 28 and to do 2 pushups 5 pullups and know how to use a shake weight. Then you're solid bro
My dad was in the army for 11 years . He was a tank commander. And his friend passed away befor he died he got the Bronz Star by throwing a grande out of a tank the way that he died was of cancer. 😢
Special units are special units but as far as regular infantry everybody knows that the Marines leave boot camp a step ahead of everybody else. They have twice the reputation, for one third of the size and less than half the funding. Errah
***** 1: *13* weeks of drill, shooting and basic combat skills, followed by more combat training for every Marine (Marine Combat Training) and even for for Infantry Marines. 2: I never made it a habit to listen to Army officers, so I'll have to take your word for the quote thing, though I did have one try to chew me out once; amusing. 3: The main source of the Marines reputation is due to a few fortunate survivors of Marine assaults.
the boogie man Not remotely. I've known a few female Marines who could outperform most male Marines, myself included. There's a lot of other stuff at play in the "women in the infantry" thing being pushed right now. Very little of it has any impact on whether or not women are capable.
@Kin K. The Best > *Airforce sighs from cockpit Actually, when I was an SR operative of Austrian Armys SF back in the mid-Nineties in Bosnia who either operated under NOC or was "formally" attached to AUSLOG (i.e. worked under a NOC disguised as a member of AUSLOG), I sometimes slightly envied all AF blokes for their clean offices, comfy chairs and not having to discard and draw new fatigues, because laundering them wouldn't do anymore. But I always came up with the same conclusion: "Okay, folks: despite all the taking the piss out of each other, you do you, we do ours - and as long as everyone of us does their jobs, we're on the same page. Because if a dirty, grimy and exhausted operator in the field can't count e.g. on you flyboys and PJ's doing your job and showing up right when you're needed, we're all screwed." And that's why I'll always gladly take the piss out of every other branch as much as they do the same: because e.g. when you're a lowly grunt, the blokes from artillery, air forces etc. may be a godsend or at least helpful - bwecause in the end, while we always like to tease and one-up each other for fun and games and to cope with the stress, never forget: when push comes to shove, we always have to have each others backs despite all the quarreling like siblings who constantly fight each ohter buit always have their backs when necessary. So If you belong to *_any_* service in *_any_* army: You' will *_always_* be a brother. _And don't you ever forget that._
Always enjoy the inter-service rivalry stuff. I went to a joint service school that was navy owned on a Air Force base and worked with all services and others. I was an army cat, got the chance to work with all beaches as well as USSS and State Dept and had overall great experiences in the military, but even with other braches with the same MOS, but never stopped any shit talking between. Always considered the guys with the same job my brothers though regardless where we were. Never felt like an outcast with any of them. Fuck yea to anyone serving even now in these uncertain times. We are all brothers regardless of beach or job. Have to keep that mentality y’all. If you remember that and treat other service members you work with as such, the amazing kick ass situations can keep happening. I mean expect for the Air Force ie (chair Force) love all you fuckers, just tired of being told AF eod stories abs being asked WTF they were doing. lol. Army EOD and love all my inter-service bothers. Tired of adding names to the wall, so watch your asses out there. And marine eod, STOP FINGER FUCKING SHIT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS GODDAMNIT. Ain’t worth it. Call the Army. We’ll take care of it for you. Initial success or total failure.
I'm pretty sure the marines call the army for back up, but ok.. lol. Regardless, respect to any man and woman who straps up their boots and places their lives on the line for people they don't even know.
Jay Demp no shit we do night ops, tha fuck!? If you read my comment I said "no NODs" for night ops which refers to us grunts getting shit ass NODs to use.
This video was a bright light in the gloom in the news I seen today. We all win with your videos. Thank you. Semper Fi to all my military brothers and sisters. You are the best of America.
I've never once heard a Marine say " damn, wish I would have joined the army " couldn't count the times I heard a soldier say " I wish I would have joined the Marines " or " I would have joined the Marines.... but....." . But really the truth is chuck Norris won this rap battle... He always wins epic rap battles regardless of whether or not he is in it or mentioned
