Delibet has been my MVP this season, she's basically in 60% of my games and she's been kicking asses left and right AND TOMORROW SHE'S GETTING 50% PEN+IMMU! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW HYPE I AM!
I might have to change to English dub for that line "I'll cut you into pieces". And let's hope they fix that "when turn ends" effect but when it's Harsetti's turn, her turn doesn't really end yet so she still prevents any CR push.
I play with the game muted so I actually don't know any of her lines haha And I doubt that, it's an intended mechanic afterall, without it Harsetti is more of a dead weight more than a threat since there're so many things that can trap debuff and AoE
Her still prevent CR push like that is the thing that make she work decently otherwise her team would be countered by many character like Elena,Light Achates,Tempest Surin,Sage Baal,D lilibet and many characters that can CR push themself after enemy turn end or took aoe hit
Flan dying is kinda fine, I'm more worried about getting stun locked too early by Aty if my DDR got 15%, and well he did get 15% twice by Haste and Harsetti 🗿 -and I trust my Zio-

I don't recommend her in the arena since she's something that restricts your opponent's options and minimizes RNG. Arena is a controlled environment, it's better if you just use something that would immediately give you advantage or guaranteed win. Usually I just tank down against this team and finish them off 2nd turn with DDR. Also Delibet is pretty bad against Senya
