I was stuck on this fight for 5 months. Tried so many ways to win but always failed. A friend showed me this video and I built the team up and it go close so many times and was the closest I've even been so I kept at it for about 30 minutes and I finally won and beaten this stage. Thank you so much for finally feeekng me from that nightmare fight! This comp really works if you don't have a one shot team

Ah...thanks for putting this vid up. I've been on and off working on this fight for the last year or so just so that I could finally get ML Lilias. Really appreciate you going through your entire thought process on your actions and fully explaining out the fight. I changed it up a little because I didn't want to build my Kanna so I shoved my ML Celine in there but ultimately after two tries I was able to barely beat it on one final dust devil proc on ML Celine. I also ended up getting ML Haste off the ML summon from story so thanks once again, super great video.

This guide saved me. Truly one of the best guides I've come across with this fight. Not only explaing the units used, showing the stats and how the unit functions but showing the actual fight. Hats off to you and thank for this amazing guide.

Finally!! After 3 weeks of pain i beat this stage with particular squad you have but instead of Kanna i used Witch Iseria for def breaking and ML Celine ! of friend - because she revives and her s1 soulburning is very dmg dealing. Thanks a lot for you guidance, Good Sir!

came back to the game a couple weeks ago, sadly on a new acc since i lost my previous one from years back, the anni was a pleasant surprise but that aside. followed your new guide partly and remembering your previous one progressed really quick, finally got to zio for the first time and managed to first try him with about 20-30 speed less compared to your units and your same exact comp, yet it worked like a charm - thank you so much for what you do for the community! this fight would have been a major headache for me without this team, thats for sure... takes preparation, but very worth it. enjoy the anniversary man :D

I finally finished mine for the ML5 selector. I used Mort (cant be stunned), Shuna, A.Meru, Landy. +ML Landy assist.

I finally got it!!! Literally been trying for weeks by now and i tried to do exactly as it was said in the video, except for mercedes. Cuz her s3 has the soulburn instead of her s2 (idk why lol) and i was worried of messing things up by starting w her s3 like Deity did. Buuut now that i did start w her s3 instead of s2 i finally got it! Thanks sooo much Deity, been following your guide and all that for a couple of months by now after not taking the game serious in any way and it all changed a lot thanks to the guides and guilds. I'm really thankful, cuz now that I'm also more active in pvp the fun this game brings up actually showed up for me. 🙏🙇‍♀

I enjoyed your slow breakdown. I came close to defeating Zio three times. I got a kick out of you renaming the lamp and Zio's wall of soldiers. Spirit Eye Celine (as an assist) I discovered can put a hurting on Zio. Her resurrection power comes in handy, when she brings a fallen party member back to life. Zio's soldiers are not immune to stun. I discovered that Tenebria can stun them to the point that they miss a turn during her third attack or S3.

I wish I stumbled on your vid sooner man! I was bugging out thinking I needed song of stars via Iseria so I spentmy sand currency, knowledge of something for SoS and turns out I aint even need it. I have all the units in your video and decent gear.. cleared after my 4th try once I knew the mechanics of Zio and his bastard friends! Hit the lamp for souls and gauge soulburns by the second count. Good shit! So fucking pumped! thanks again!

Blood blade karen is amazing as the supporter, if it’s a built one she can tank 2 of the enraged phase ults cus she heals enough, and than a 3rd because of the unkillable passive

Spent a day on this fight and finally i got him using ras merce hazel and trying all the merc i could since i didn't have kana. ML Landy did it ^^ (peira got me pretty close). Thanks for all you work on the guide, it really make a difference for a new player trying to get into the game

I beat this with Camilla, Aramintha, Mercedes, and Tamarine. My Aramintha was speed tuned to be the fastest at 250 speed. S2 sets up Camilla at 235 sp, to begin dual attacks. Wonderous Potion Vial on Tamarine in lead position for the initial stun at 210 sp. This team generated a lot of souls and cleared the adds pretty easily. I think my combined CP for this fight was around 590k. Good luck boys. This fight took me 2 tries with this team but 5 with other teams that weren't gonna do it prior. I landed on this team cos I hate moving gear and it worked well.

Im currently building Mascot Hazel rn since she is good for rift too, hope I can beat Zio in one go. Wish me luck. Thanks for this guide!

Followed the guide pretty much day by day but for this I killed it on day 17 with an somewhat one shot team.... aRas , viv, Sigurd , Stene .... needed a bit of setup , but all the gear is free gear. Needed aRas to be fastest , he gets stunned turn 0 , 2nd fastest Vivine , with her clense EE (also book on Viv for souls) , use S3 clense and buff atk ... use S2 on aRas (if he defence break move on , if he fails = restart) - he will get assist from stene which for me did 28k dmg , 3rd fastest Stene , use S3 (my stene did around 50k) ... and then Sigurd use soulburn for s2 and then s3 ... for me boss would be at 18-20k hp at this point. Their turn will kill ras and Viv and summon the free Adin (or friends Light Adin if u have) . S3 adin for invicibility and dmg kill the boss with Stene just after. He will proc his 0 hp atk but your sigurd will survive cuz invincibility . :P Maybe it is a bit try hard but i didnt want to farm to unlock BMK cuz i don`t plan to use her anywhere else.

And so! I still passed this level 10-10. I can't believe it! But I passed it! However, instead of the Main character of the game, I took Senya. A dragon hunter with a huge spear. And surprisingly! I passed this level easily enough. Thank you so much for the hint on how to play at this level. Thank you very much!

Thanks for the explanation and it worked very well coz I used rem instead of BMK and due her counters and soul burn being her base skill it was easy to kill the solders and paired with Mercedes it was heaven. So if anyone don't wanna build BMK use rem

10/10 super well explained. Just beat it today after 3 hours. Almost trolled at the end by not soul burning but my Mercedes popped off. I will say though give ras hilag lance and he pops off. Lone crescent belona also goes SO crazy this fight.

Frustated from trying the one shot strat due to the massive amount of rng layer to succeed. Also too dumb to understand the entire boss paragraph. Thanks for the clear explanation of boss mechanic, i figured what to do. Not exactly the same team but managed to clear it in 3 attempt with A.Ras M.Hazel Kayron and Tenebria. Very reliable strat compared to tens-hundred failed attempt to one shot. Once again thanks for the explanation! 👍

Ive been playing since year 1 and was dreading trying to back to this fight. The one shots didnt work for me for whatever reason. Regeared my kana and hazel and boom first try. Thanks a bunch.

this absolute trash of a boss makes me wanna quit the game why should i have to go through this to get a the 2 fire pieces of sht through connections or get gear with godly rolls just to finish this terrible boss. i play for 3-4 months and for the first time i just feel dissapointed and bored of this game.

11 month player, here, just came to say thanks for explaining the mechanics, us gacha players dont like reading, so i couldnt beat it even though i used all the units i used to just beat it :D (it might have been i didnt finish upgrading my ainos 2.0 too) i used belian, ml landy, sylvan sage vivian and ainos 2.0 on war horn to beat it, it took me 2 runs, so maybe not so much rng, despite my ml landy and belians gear not being the best. thanks for all you have been doing for the newbies, it helps them so much (:

I decided to do this stage after being lazy for months because i watched yhis series lol. I struggle a lot until i used my ml landy because i forgot she's immune to stun 😂. I used momo ras ml landy and ssb. Here. Although ssb and momo need 2 for soulburn, ssb clears the mobs so easily and i only use momo because she's the only soul weaver i had built.

The fact Ml Landy finish Zio is maybe another reason how she is broken? Also was perfect build.

Like many peoples from my Deity's guild, I've beat it with another strat (easier) : Sigret ; A Ras ; Green Adin ; Vivian (One shot strat). Just needed a few tries (and a strong support since rng wasn't on my side). If you are struggling with Deity's start, try this one ;)

I beat this with almost the same as your team. Except I don't have Kanna in my team.

i dont know if daydream joker works on zio but i had it on my kana with crit dmg/crit rate gear, same gear on mercedes(not daydream joker). i dont have wonderous potion vial so i had stella harpa on hazel. mercedes/kana were 35-3800 attack, 85-95% crit rate and 320-340% crit dmg. i mainly went after zio and prayed the aoe's took care of the minions which for the most part they did. one or two of them hit 4 stacks so i had to eat a couple nukes but after a couple hours of trying my patience i got it. someones apocalypse ravi ate 2 nukes at the end to win it for me, my team was dead haha.

Hey Deity, Any substitues for Bomb Model Kanna with similar gear if ever? Just trying to see what options I can have for a fire DPS since ideally we want all fire team for this

The problem for me, I'm a new player, and I can't kill him because in the first round, I can down his life until 30% but there he star using his ulty 2 times in a row and kill all the even the help friend

new player here, did it with spectene, hand guy, sigret and aras, with free gear, took like 50 tries but i oneshoted it

If you pulled Red Tenebria she can be a better sub in for Bomb Model Kana. The mobs get crazy defense, but that defense is deactivated when they have (2 I think) debuffs. Plus she's red so she works with Hazel, and she's got the 10 soul soulburn. Also defense break baby. Too bad she's not available by any guaranteed means for new players.

Countet mechanics that obe shot you in a game mode designed to be otherwise auto play are complete bs.

This is the hardest thing I’ve gone through, I built all the units and tried and even used ml units as well and I still can’t beat it. I’ve been doing it for a long time now and I’m just ready to give up tbh

the biggest thing is you want every single person on your team to have reforged gear that plays to their strength ex. aras with hp gear. For support, bring in spirit eye celine, her extra turns are amazing

This is not a "hard fight"... it is pure equip check and RNG... It is frustating to find a RNG wall like that... (almost 2 days trying non stop this fight)

I watched this before fighting an man did he annoy me lol. Ended up beating him just by ignoring his Mechs XD. Just basically face tanked an went lilias for duo attacks, roana to heal, alencia mainly for defense breaks, then Luna to nuke him. Glad he's finally dead

Hey noticed u are making a 2024 guide and stumbled upon this video. Just one shot this fight there’s no rng involved. Use Aras for initial def break and that’s the only rng if he misses the def break u restart. Much more efficient and time saving and having to build bomb model kanna or mascot hazel
