Mixel is it a setting that when you shoot with the cannon you can deactivate camera moving? I mean that when you shoot your camera barely moves and when I shoot my camera is moving.

The Cutthroat Cannon Flare is responsible. You can buy it from the Pirate Emporium. It is noticeably less obstructive as you can see

you can get better on cannons by just using them in pvp even if you lose you get an understanding of them. and you can find what type of loot is worth what on some articles there’s lots of them
