I remember when you did Little A's room in the boho style. The new room is more grown-up and streamlined. I was worried about the wall color, but all of the white furniture and light drapes balanced that perfectly.

My son is 18 and has lights everywhere on the walls and band photos along with posters, he decorate it his own room, he knew what he wanted.. he asked me to paint his walls darker too but I got worried so I didn’t go for it but now that I see your daughters room I may do it.
It looks really good. I'm glad you kept the vintage dressing table. I still have mine from when I was 15, now 70, one of my favorite pieces. Nicely done!
I'm in awe of your cutting in skills. I just painted a dark colour against a white wall and it took me so long, trying to keep the line straight. You're a wizard! Beautiful room.

The wall colour was surprising but really worked -- I have to paint our son's room and this might be the perfect colour! The loft bed is very cool and I am sure she loves having a good desk to work from.

I love this transformation ❤ I have a 5 year old daughter and I decorated her current room. I was going for a traditional, princess style but everything is white, maybe a little too white. 🙂 I plan to put up curtains, I hope that will make her room feel more cozy. 😊
My daughter had this exact bed and desk but it is too close to the ceiling and my daughter didn’t like how stuffed it felt up there so we had to go back to a regular twin - but we did love it and how big the desk is.
Love the room. It is bittersweet when our girls grow up. I love the loft bed and have always considered it for my girl but am afraid that she would outgrow it quickly, what are your thoughts about the loft bed?

I remember that my daughter had a loft bed that had her desk underneath it, and now that she has children my granddaughter has a really cute loft bed that her grand father built for her.
