Definitely need a little more muscle mass build up for the 450 class. The extra weight, HP, and torque require strength. I use PERSIMMON lenses on 100% goggles for the sun glare and shadows in dark spots. The are my favorite for early and late season riding. Good luck on the 450's this year!
Hi Kevin. I met you last year on training in Palma d'Ebre. I am a big fan of you and have been following you for many years. I suppose that Marc DR did not allow you to vlog when you were on Kawasaki !? I enjoy your comeback a lot, especially now that I know how you are in real life ( smaller and lighter than on camera ) and I find it hilarious that you are always eating baguette with Nutella, also my favorite for many decades, since I will get 70 ( 😱) this year. In the beginning of the video I was thinking of asking you if you ever tried pancakes with Nutella, that is what I eat most of the time, and sure enough, that is what you did at the end .... Love you brother, it is hard to describe the admiration I have for what you do. When you are in Spain, I invite you for a pancake w/ Nutella feast ! 😉
Hi kevin i have problems with stomach pain on racedays. Do you knie that kind of problems and yes what did help. Maybr you can quickly say what you eat on raceday that would be awesome
That's a difficult one cause can be so many diffrent things, if it's food it's easier to solve with just eating the same on trainings and races. If it's more mental it's maybe more being mentally prepared.
@@jonaa.417 Normally a big breakfast with everything they got on the hotel. Then a snack or bread with something once I get to the track. Early lunch with like pasta 120-90 min before moto 1. Gel and coffein just before moto. If its good time between motos I go for another lunch, otherwise just bread with something sugar and fruit. If I'm feeling emtphy before the moto I can also eat some haribo or other candy.
Hi Kevin Becareful on your Clean , your hand is too close on the bar , you need to take the bar wider (little bit more than your shoulder width)to get more efficient mouvement and don’t ruin your Wrist 🤙
I also eat Banana and Gels, but I find baguette with littlebit of Nutella fills me good while giving good energy. So It’s just what works good for me on ride days!
Keep on showing your strength and condition programme! It's interesting to see the stuff pro motocross riders do. And stop eating nutella on white bread between motos!! 😃 bring some fruits and nuts instead.

Jeg finner slikt interessant, og ser for meg flere amatør førere som gjør det. Mye fokus på teknikk i motocross samfunnet verden over for tiden for tiden. Kult å høre noen som faktisk har nådd gjennom som proff som deler noe om det! 🙂
