@@patrickshelley09 Amanda was ( maybe still is) part of the production team of Sascha Paeth at the Gate Studios. He was Epica's producer for the first 5 albums. In 2014 Epica changed to producer Joost van den Broek as they wanted to try a different approach. So with the ending of that era Amanda's involvement stopped also.
I lost count of how many times I've watched this whole DVD, you were all so young and yet such amazing musicians. Thank you for all these years of outstanding music. Can't barely wait to see you at São Paulo in november!
This DVD got me hooked on Epica. What a ride it has been since. These remastered versions look and sound great. I'm really looking forward to my new copy 🤘🏻

What makes Epica so good is their unique musical diversity. The contrast between metal heavy as lead and hard as titanium, and the fragile, beautiful ballads, is huge!

Indeed! Incredibly beautiful voice, my number 1 female voice of all time. This was not exactly a proper head voice, but who cares... this was so unique, warm and ethereal. No other singer sounds like Simone did back then. And she's also stunningly beautiful. 🙂
Timecode 3:28 - even having the headphones reversed ([L]eft/[R]ight) couldn't prevent Simone from delivering another perfectly stunning performance! :D Note that the other three women have the headphone wire (Left ear-cup) running on the opposite side that Simone does.
