I recently discovered this channel while browsing the topic of biomolecules and I have to say that it is quite impressive! Thank you so much! Subscribed immediately after watching that video.
Me when I saw the title - Epicgenetics? Why of course genetics are always epic Me realising that title is 'Epigenetics' - Oh but genetics is still very epic
These are seriously some of the cutest videos I’ve ever seen! And I love the educational value of them! Thank you amoeba sisters keep up the excellent work! 💖
Pinky! This is one of my favorite topics too. Have you read about the Dutch Hunger Winter? Or learned about how the fetus's size is affected by epigenetic markers from mom and dad? Fascinating stuff.
This video is so interesting. Since middle school to undergrad I have never heard any teacher talk about this and I actually randomly stumbled across it while reviewing for a genetics exam so thanks! Biology is finally a not repetitive science to learn about
GOODNESS... I could watch this channel all day. Similar to Long Story Short. Very interesting animations! Thank you for sharing both your talent and knowledge with us! 😊
Hi! I absolutely love you girls sooooo much and I don’t think I’ve ever found a learning method quite as good as this. You make really complicated things just so easy to understand its incredible. I wish you covered more topics!! Please consider branching out or partnering up with other topics. Thank you ❤️❤️
It's funny because I'm in 10th grade rn doing AP Biology. My teacher showed us about epigenetics and it was SUPER cool!!! I agree with your interest in this topic!!
i have a i test tomorow on genetics. I know that it wont be an A. But i think i can pull a C! (i am not american so C is actually a very good grade because E is the standard grade that most people try to achive.
Stunning how smart people in history figure this out even without being able to see any of it. Stunning how some people are so intelligent to make such discoveries.
I love yah i hope yah keep coming im a jr in college after this semester when I finish genetics and ecology i need yah for cell biology and capstone in the fall. Lets keep them videos up sisters love yah intelligence its a blessing🙏🏾
Excellent presentation..... a little too fast but excellent. When I was a pre dental student the the University of South Florida ( 1965-1969 ) we had an excellent biology teacher ( Dr. Jerome Krivanick ). Through his lectures I acquired a lifelong interest in biology. Epigenetics was in it's primitive state at this time but just when you think you know it all things change and our minds expand. From the author of the book " Understanding First Class Dental Care" ( Amazon ) and the founder of the David Hamilton Projesct.
I don't know how you do it but you always upload the topics that i need for school. I go to a biotechnological high school and we dive much deeper in detail. Your videos are great tho to revise the topics and kept simple at the same time so if one didn't have time to revise the stuff with all the biochemical mechanisms he can still get an idea of what is happening. Thus, not left clueless in class :) Love you both ❤
Excellent videos!! I have used quite a few of them as teaching basis and will not hesitate to do it again! Just like many high-school curiculae, you are often focused on human physiology and related subjects, which is perfectly understandable. Sometimes you also venture into evolutionary biology, which is really great! But if you want to go a bit beyond, I would suggest that you dive into invertebrates (keep off the boring insects!)... -there are so many different subjects to look into while trying to step away from the (somewhat limiting) "human" perspektive. Lots of subjets to look into, morphology, reproduction, development, parasitism, feeding biology etc etc... -best wishes from Denmark
The environment (childhood eternal influences) as well as she said :) which is highly unlikely to be perfectly duplicated to get a near identical clone. Hence again why twins can be so vastly different.
My high school students when they start biology class: "We already did Punnett Squares in middle school, so I basically already know everything about genetics." Me: "Oh you sweet summer child...."
I’m here b/c the prf recommended viewing this vid in BIO 350 today, human genetics. I noticed a glib on your about me, thought I would share that these vids are definitely being used at the college level. BMB 300 had one of your vids at the beginning of the semester too.
Could you please make a video on animal tissues.... Perhaps you could make 4 videos one on muscular tissues, other one nervous tissue, one on Epidermal tissues and another on connectice tissues... This would help high schoolers (like me) greatly.... Tysm❤
goshhh..... you guys really made my day always tho. your content made it more easy, fun and cool! you made my 3rd fav subject turn into "the 1st fav subject" love your vids so much! -jhaz
Dear, amoeba sister. I hope you read my comments. I really love ur videos. You guys help me a lot in foundation studies. I hope u guys continue making videos like this and I really hope you can make video for degree level also. Keep doing videos, i am looking for it:) Thank you.
